And i missed to precise, but an engine who can play russian, brazilian or both of them

According to http://www.fierz.ch/download.php , KESTOG engine should be able to play Russian.

CheckerBoard engines are .dll files. In the past I had most success using Marinochka. All you have to do to use CheckerBoard engines is change the name in your config.yml to "ENGINE NAME.dll", change engine_argument to "", and protocol to "cb".

Guys, had you tried Gigant engine for a bot? It can process PDN, FEN, etc., and it can play MULTIPLE variants on 8x8 board, and according to description it should be able to play in Tournament and from a preset position.
